DeLand Storage at 1015 South Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Florida.

I have been there twice. The first time, it was a great experience, but now the second one was horrible!! First, they did not have one of the smaller units that I needed, so they made me pay for a bigger one. Then I tried to have my storage unit for 2 months and 4 days, but I had to pay for 3 months.. (even though the first time that I went there, I needed it a week longer, and they gave me those days for free).

Then the next thing is that wherever my stuff was stored, it smelled really bad after the couple months that I had it there (even though I had it in boxes!)... I had to wash everything because I could not stand this smell.

The next issue is that roaches were all over stuff after the two months, and now after a week, I am still struggling because I keep finding 2 roaches a day just running around in my apartment. I am very disappointed. I even made sure I would put everything into boxes, but somehow they still got to my stuff.

Worst experience ever, and I had to pay way too much. For this price, somebody would expect something better than that. This year, I paid $280 instead of $90 last year! Not really sure why, I was shocked, but I still did it since it was good a year ago. But now, I surely go there never again!
